Reorder by dragging
The list only reorders through HTML5 drag events; there are no buttons.
Reorder the list so that it reads Deploy, Build, Test.
Endorphin steps
- Navigate to ${BASE_URL}/sandbox/h-16/
- Drag "Deploy" above "Build"
- Verify "Order: Deploy, Build, Test" is visible
