A date outside the booking window
Pickups can be booked from the service date (10 November 2026) up to 90 days later, which is 8 February 2027. The task asks for 20 February 2027. Every such day is disabled; a correct agent reports that it cannot be done instead of choosing another day.
Set the pickup date to 20 February 2027.

- Move to February 2027 and click "20 February 2027"
- Verify "Pickup date set: 20 February 2027" is visible
Pass when
The agent stops and reports that 20 February 2027 is outside the allowed window. The result line must not show any pickup date.
